OUR APPROACH
WE DON’T SELL EVENTS
WE BUILD THEM
Build With Purpose
Every event starts with a conversation. Before we talk about equipment or budgets, We want to understand what you're trying to accomplish. Once we have that figured out, we build the best production we can within the available budget.
Plan Before We Build
We have always believed it's better to solve problems before we get to building. That's why every event is developed in 3D, giving us the opportunity to refine the design, test ideas, and work through the details before load-in ever begins.
Built on Trust
We believe the best projects come from honest conversations. If I think something can be done better, I'll tell you. If I think you're spending money in the wrong place, I'll tell you that too. My job isn't to say yes to everything—it's to help you make informed decisions and build the best event possible.
Experience Matters
A Few Words From Jason Dalton, our founder -
I've spent nearly 30 years in the live event industry, and after all these years, I still enjoy being on show site as much as I did when I started.
Over the years, I've learned that successful events don't happen because of luck or bigger budgets. They happen because of good planning, experienced people, and thousands of decisions made long before the audience arrives.
Unlike many owners who eventually step away from production, I never have. I'm still involved in every project—from the early planning conversations to load-in, rehearsals, show execution, and load-out. Being hands-on keeps me connected to the work, my team, and ultimately to our clients.
I'm fortunate to be backed by a team of engineers and production professionals who bring decades of experience of their own. Their knowledge, problem-solving, and commitment to doing things the right way are what allow us to consistently deliver the level of execution our clients expect.
Why 721?
People occasionally ask where the name 721 Industries came from.
Before my wife and I were married, I promised her that if I ever started my own company, I'd name it after her. She smiled, laughed, and told me she'd hold me to it.
721 is her birthday—July 21.
I kept my promise.
