Why We Build Every Event in 3D Before Load-In
For years, we did what everyone else did.
2D floor plans.
Elevations.
Measurements.
Then we'd show up on site and hope everything looked the way we imagined it.
Sometimes it did.
Sometimes it didn't.
A drawing can tell you where something goes.
It can't tell you how it feels.
That's why we build every event in 3D before we load a single truck.
Not because clients need pretty pictures.
Because we need answers.
Does the stage feel too small?
Can everyone see the screen?
Are the proportions right?
Does the room actually feel the way we intended?
It's a lot easier to move something with a mouse than it is with a forklift.
By the time we arrive on site, we've already walked the room dozens of times.
We've changed sightlines.
Adjusted scenic.
Moved lighting.
Caught problems that would have cost time and money to fix on show day.
A rendering isn't the design.
It's how we test the design before reality does.
Every event has surprises.
We just prefer not to create our own.
